At East Bay Tea Company we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns

– Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

– To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

– Certain items, such as custom products, perishable goods, and digital downloads, are non-returnable. 

  1. Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. 

– If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days to your original payment method. 

– Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a store error. 

  1. Exchanges

– We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@eastbayteacompany.com
